Terms and Conditions

By registering for classes at Salsa LA Style, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Registration and Payment

Registration for classes is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on student status and age for VAT purposes.

2. Refunds and Transfers

All class payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your class registration to another person that has the same student status and age status (younger/older than 30 years). This transferal has to occur before the first date of the class. Please inform us by email at salsalastyledk@gmail.com if that happens.

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Dance classes involve physical activity and carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Salsa LA Style, its instructors, and venue providers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during classes, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury (sprains, falls, collisions, etc.)
• Property damage or loss
• Any other damages arising from participation in classes

4. Class Cancellations by Salsa LA Style

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor illness or emergency
• Venue unavailability
• Other unforeseen circumstances

In the event of class cancellation by Salsa LA Style:

• We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class
• If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any cancelled sessions
• We are not responsible for any costs you may incur due to cancellation (travel, accommodation, etc.)

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Photography and Video

By participating in our classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued participation in classes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
